great quartet recording of Mile's compostions

In my opinion, even better than 'Lush Life', the album for which he won a Grammy. How do you find 'Double Rainbow', the Jobim songbook?

Inspired by a rainy afternoon & a lit fire I decided to try & make the afternoon a little more joyful. My favourite is Volume 6 but closely followed by The Best Of .Wonderful mood setting albums.

Listening to another interesting Bob Harris show on BBC iPlayer

It features an Interview with Thomas Dolby (start @ 15 minutes), talking about his new E.P. featuring Mark Knopfler, Natalie MacMaster and Imogen Heap among others.

Though I'd listen to this popular beat combo as the cars hiss by my window, got this girl beside me but she's out of reach.

An excellent follow up album by Seal and sounding good on vinyl. Fabulous production by Trevor Horn, who showed he's not a bad bass player with Thomas Dolby a few months back.
