A litle more "jangly" than previous albums. But she's still got a great voice.

Hi Jeff. Which is your favourite? I presume your Water In The Ground is the 2xCD release with her debut album Dark Dream Midnight. I think I like the album above best. It's a little starker. Be interested in your thoughts. She is absolutely fabulous though whichever album you listen to.

Rush 'Hemispheres' (1978) & 'Permanent Waves' (1980) both original Mercury CD releases. Definitely my two favourite Rush albums.

Ditto.

Hemispheres was the first Rush album I heard, I was hooked immediately. I have all their main albums. Moving Pictures is also a fave.
My split is approx 50/50 CD to vinyl.
I must get a MOFI vinyl copy of PW.

Now listening to a three track preview of the new Mark Kozelek/Sun Kil Moon album 'Admiral Fell Promises' at:
http://www.caldoverderecords.com/skmafp/
I know I am a big fan of Koz, but this is beautiful. Just got an email to say the pre-order has been posted, will jump to catch the postman every day from now on. If anyone else is going to the gig at the Union Chapel later this month it would be nice to catch up.

Thanks Aleg, strangely it seems the sound levels appear to be opposite to those published. As you say they seem a little "uneven". I always thought that Nimbus were quite good productions.
Still can't complain too much at the price.
