Following others here have dug these out, still Like 'Ommadawn' but do have to jump the dischordant bit in the first side of 'Hergust Ridge', and also stop before the 'Slay' song, arrrgh.

Among the best recordings of the two Brahms piano concertos of recent vintage (late 90s). The recordings are not optimally transparent, piano a bit forward in the picture, but if it wasn't mentioned on the box, I'd never know these were live recordings.

Thought his first solo showed a lot of promise but didn't like some of the trax on it so never got a copy.

Well not like Joan Osborne, that is for sure, much more relaxed with some good tunes. Check it out on Spotify.
