It's pretty beat up record, but it's fun and startling at times. ( the first spin on the Briks )

Just watched Jamies posted clip of JMJ playing with all the Moogs, Arps, Mellotrons and Vcs' that made this fantastic piece of music so just had to play it again for the 200000000000000000 time on my knackered original copy.

Dean....

my first electronic album and will always be the best and also one of my top albums ever.

I agree Adrian and that video and album have got me thinking I want to have my own Synth museum. Smile

Dean..

You can see a museum of such instruments being played live at the Hampshire Jam every Autumn. Redshift are headlining this year.

The Jean Michel Jarre re-recording of Oxygene from a couple of years ago has the full album plus improvisations as an extra DVD (2D or 3D if you wish). I found the re-recording uninteresting, but the DVD of Jarre and his fellow musicians playing is wonderful. The instruments being explained is an extra from that.

I really would like to see Redshift and have a good Chinese meal at the Jam this year but I have a concert clash that night. I'll have to make a Jam versus Brad Melhdau decision.

Can someone re-post the JMJ video link please?
