Adrian,

My iTunes counter shows that I am playing it for the ninth time which is a pretty good average that says it all.

Two of Mozart's mature string quintets, played by the Allegri on Naim's own label. In comparison with the Grumiaux Ensemble on their famous recording, the Grumiaux seem overly refined, while the Allegri project more energy.
The music itself is top-tier Mozart, which makes it some of the best music written ever IMO.

Grateful to Graham55 for the recommendation.
