Of course! I listen to them all the time Cool The bands you grow up with when you are 15-20 make a big impression on you, well they did me - Genesis, Pink Floyd, Yes etc etc. Porcupine Tree are one of the few bands of recent times that I would hold in the same company (along with E.S.T.) - that same emotional attachment, importance, music for life stuff. So they get a lot of airtime - and the wife is out!

Anyway, i am now on this one - really does remind me so much of the good days we had down under in Sydney.

Adrian: Something similar to the 'butterfly effect'. Events in the Far East can have an impact in good ole England! Winker

Now if I could only get my hands on 'Deadwing' and 'In Abstentia'! Currently playing all of Porcupine Tree's tracks on Grooveshark from my laptop through the Supernait's DAC. Just finished 'Start of Something Beautiful'.

Gabriel Faure's Barcarolles played beautifully on the piano by Delphine Bardin on Alpha records.

There have been many times when you and many other board members have done the same for me. Too many instances to remember. Thanks everyone!

Still picking up radio signals on the superline Roll Eyes but this drowns out that little annoyance. Milessmiles loud.

Exactly. I knew it was good when I got it but I did not realise it was great - it took a while and then I could not stop playing it.
