I will have to think a while, I have four PG albums, I am not sure what I would choose as a favorite song and lyric. Saw her live once, a memorable evening on a summer night 8 or 9 years ago.

I hardly need introduce this one here...but it fits rather well in the kitchen with the Medoc 2001, roast in the oven and pommes de terre dauphine. By the way, isn't there a touch too much reverb in play here ?...once you notice it....
