one of my favourite 'live' albums...

Could any RLJ fans recommend any other 'live' albums that match this performance & recording?

I have been watching clips this morning of the first concert of the Roger Waters Wall Tour in Toronto. It is quite a spectacle. I was blown away by Roger when I saw him a few years ago in Sydney and this looks more of the same but on a grander scale. So far he has booked 107 shows for this tour. In my mind this is one not to miss - he is 67 now I doubt that this will be seen on the road again.

Love it. Cool

Nice record, fella, and one of my favourites this year. Just put it on myself.

I saw an interview with Hendrik Weber (pdp), where he was asked if he'd played the album to his grandmother as it's kind of a 'nice' sounding minimal techno record. Said he hadn't, and though his dad likes the beats, his mum is into his more hardcore stuff!

His second album under the pantha du prince name, This Bliss, is well worth a listen too.

And as for this one, it's nothing like their first album, is it? I don't really like it (yet), so I'm hoping it's a grower.

Haim, that's a great lineup, playing music that has remained undeservedly obscure. Does the disc make good on its promise?
