Schumann - Davidsbündlertänze, Op.6; Fantasiestücke, Op.12; Papillions, Op.2 - Perahia

My knowledge and enjoyment of romantic solo piano music has always been a bit limited, but I've been making a little effort to rectify this as a result of the BBC Radio 3 Schumann season, and my wife's assertions that "we need more Chopin". This fine disc (a repackage of previous releases) was picked up at a bargain price in a dodgy discount store--a good find not least because it contains Perahia's celebrated recording of Papillons, Op.2, which I didn't have.

Funny, Jeff.

Never liked too much Tommy Flanagan's music but I love Hanna's Tributaries to him.

Hi Haim
The only Tommy Flanagan I have is "Beyond The Blue Bird", which I enjoy, but it didn't lead me to any more of his work. I am enjoying the Roland Hanna tonight. Thanks again.
