On vinyl:-

Slightly too crackly, just sourcing a replacement for this and Highway 61, which is almost unplayable, still it is an original '60s copy A1/B1 matrix MONO, and suffered parties etc.

How do you like this one?

It's not their best IMO. Some stand out tracks, but it's not my go to disc.

On Spotify:-

Billie Holiday - Complete Jazz Series 1957 -1958. I don't seem to find a downloadable cover pic though. It's 2010 album apparently.

Success:-

Fine all the time they used notes in the same key as the piece, squeakers (saxes) to blame.
Not it will get many plays.

Not one I would recommend for you but a highly regarded album.

Try the last two tracks - Everyday I thank you and Goin' Ahead - they are superb. Quite impressed your library has this.

Best listened to late at night with the lights low. Does take a bit of effort, but worth it.

Will try that as well....

I remember all the fuss about this when it came out and the Walter Becker connection. Unfortunately my copy is long gone.
