Most of the best albums are growers. I find if they are too instant then I listen to them briefly then file them. I like my music to grow and challenge.

Going back to Hamelin after listening to the Haydn sonatas in recent weeks played by Ragna Schrimer and Sudbin. All three performers are outstanding.
