Please let me know when you've watched it. I think you with agree that it is something truly special. Sit back and soak it in.

Correctly described. I was mesmerised when I first watched it.

It's something that shows how beautiful music can be and what it can mean to people. The context in which they perform these concerts (free) and the mixture of Icelandic landscapes that create something unlike I've ever heard or seen. The music is EXTREMELY well recorded and there are no overdubs on any of the performances. Several of the performances are completely acoustic.

The look on the the people's faces as they watch these performances says it all. Complete fascination and wonder.

Just spotted this while looking for the SR dvd.

Anyone seen or have it?
Stu

I have not seen it, but I'm going to check it out. Only 300,000 people in Iceland, but they certainly produce some wonderful music.
