Really enjoying dipping into this box set this weekend. This is Marie-Claire Alain's second recording of Bach's complete organ music. Her third complete set is due to be released early next year, and received Radio 3's "Building a Library" recommendation last week.

I thought it might be a surprise for you both after I was so critical of the Turner Sims gig. It's really grown on me for slightly ethereal late night listening, perfect with a decent red and some cheese at the end of a shift.

I like the mix of breathy, atmospheric trumpet with the later, rock out groove. . The wine btw, Enima 07 from Bilbao airport duty-free, superb.
