A white Magpie?

Sorry for small snaps ,bloody phone wouldn't zoom.
Spotted just before xmas, it has a greeny/blue Magpie tail, is about the right size but obviously a different colour.
Not an albino as it does not have pink eyes.
Any insights?

I saw some rather magnificent all-white peacocks last year, which similarly were not albino, but had this Leucism effect (and it was absolutely total in their case).
It is no doubt much rarer in the wild, for obvious reasons, but they were almost more spectacular than their multicoloured relatives.
