Ella arrived last Saturday, 8th January and shares her birthday with Elvis Presley, David Bowie, Shirley Bassey, Stephen Hawking and Graham Chapman.
Mother and daughter are both doing well, and a week later we are starting to even get a little sleep between us.
Thanks you to all the forum members who got in touch through email to give their congratulations.
I am making a page or two for her on my website, I'll mails some links soon.
I can't take credit for the notice above, it is copied from one I saw in a design annual from the 80's, but I now have a good reason to copy it.

I remember my daughter being born like it was yesterday, but now she's talking about having a Vespa and leaving home to go to university!

Congratulations Jamie. As has been said, enjoy those early years because they fly past at such a rate. My two lads are 22 and 16 and it just seems like yesterday we were taking photos like this one.
She's a little beauty.
