Nice Photos.

Most of us have taken one or two nice photos.

Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.

Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.

Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:

I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

Funny photo. A wedding band indeed. Good (visual) tones what was perhaps difficult lighting.

That is a fabulous photo! Love it! The shadow from the chicken is just an added bonus.

I can’t believe they flew any distance. Surely straight down ?

Yup  at best a foot or so forward over a 10 foot drop,  wind assisted can make it a bit of a lottery, in all directions.   They're Goldeneye if anyone's interested,  this is what they look like when they get the hang of flying

The wedding planners

The wedding planners

First, I thought that some wedding planners had lost their mind erecting tents on the beach in single digit temperatures (F). Then it occurred to me that tomorrow, on the first day of the year, some folks would be quite interested in a refreshing arctic swim.
