Most of us have taken one or two nice photos.
Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.
Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.
Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:
I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

Yeah, went to Tofino last summer. A nice place indeed. The West Coast of BC has a similar feel to Tasmania and to the South Island of NZ.
I just googled this up. Not my photo, but a shot from near Tofino. Similar indeed!

It's my favorite spot here in BC.
Hope to make it back out there soon to play with the camera a bit...

For explanation:
In the past, I could post pics here clicking "Add Attachment". Now I can find this item in the Hifi Corner only.
Somewhat confused

Lovely Tony, the Catalina is one of my all time favourites. What a sight they are!

Catalina's perspective
I was lucky (and fast) to capture the aircraft in the air and its reflection on the Catalina's window. Taken at the Osh Kosh air show this year.

Thanks Haim,
I had no problem sleeping. It is a truly beautiful part of the world. The beach where I was camped is near the Southwest Cape of Tasmania. I woke to a blood red dawn. I couldn't quite figure out what was going on at first - very weird. I'm just sorry I didn't use the incredible light and get a bunch more photos.
On this hike I went days at a time without seeing a soul. 2 weeks in the most amazing wilderness. Highly recommended.

Winky,
You should post 'South Cape rivulet & beach'.
In my opinion it is the best image of the set along with 'Boat rails at Bathurst Narrows'.

Haim

OK, technically this is crap as I took it with my Blackberry the other morning just as I got into my office in London but I loved the light over Regents Park and looking towards Wembley. the pic doesn't do it justify - it was magical for 5 minutes and then reverted to plain old, bog standard, flat London light.
It's been a while since I used Photbucket so I hope this works!
Cheers
Jim
