Guys,

All details are what the original purchasers published. The official details have been withdrawn until BS can publish later this week. I had not seen any pricing, but the packaging looks similar to Insurgentes to me. I don't know the content difference between Red & Grey either.

I think this shows I'm an expert about wot I don't know... you know Winker

Stu,

Opinion seems to be 70 Euros for Grey and the 75 Euros for Red, includes signed shipping, (15 Euros) to Europe. I've read that the content is the same for the Ltd Ed Red & Grey.

patience... (if you care), or if you feel the need to tell us your not buying it (i don't care Razz)

So there is a 5€ difference for a different coloured box, and separate series of editions ????

SW advisers must be on another planet, but I'm sure some will buy both, or as in my case neither. As I have said before he has passed the pale.

It's about the music Steven, not the marketing, he seems to have forgotten how he got where he is. IMO of course.

Looking forward to this as well. Did you manage to get all of the APO SACD's Oliver? They are hard to get from normal sellers. I appreciate that APO may want first crack of the whip but this is getting ridiculous as they are losing out on sales by not having them readily available throught the big sellers such as Amazon.

Harper Simon is the long awaited self-titled debut album from Paul Simon's son Harper. Taking psychedelic country and rock music of the late 1960’s and 70’s as inspiration the ten-track album features a whole host of legendary production and musical talent. Recorded in Nashville (with Bob Johnston (Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen) on production duties), Los Angeles and New York, guest musicians include: Charlie McCoy (Bob Dylan’s Blonde on Blonde, Nashville Skyline) pedal steel player Lloyd Green (The Byrds' Sweetheart of the Rodeo), drummer Gene Chrisman (Dusty in Memphis, Aretha Franklin’s "You Make Me Feel Like A Natural Woman"), along with Sean Lennon and Paul Simon himself. Tracey Emin even contributed the cover art.

That really does look interesting Gordon. He has rather a lot to live up to. Hopefully he'll do better than the reviews James McCartney got recently.

no-man - Wild Opera

No Man is Tim Bowness and Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree).

Wild Opera, No-Man's third album, released in 1996, is regarded as the most inventive and unpredictable album in the band's catalogue.

Rapidly shifting from distorted grooves to sinister, Jazz-inflected Trip-Hop and from choked Rock riffs to more traditional ballad fare, Wild Opera represented a thrilling departure for the band and has since become seen as a classic one-of-a-kind statement of uncompromising creative intent.

Long out of print, the original CD is now a highly- sought after rarity, with copies changing hands for over £100 on Ebay.

Kscope’s deluxe 2CD reissue additionally includes all of the Dry Cleaning Ray mini-album, alongside b-sides and exclusive rarities from the era, including four previously unreleased tracks.

The media-book packaging features new artwork created by long-time No-Man collaborator Carl Glover.

Preorder @ Burning Shed now for May 31st 2010 release.
