Exactly 1 year ago around this time I played 'Thriller' and my unborn son reacted and I felt him for the first time!

Thanks for making us remember! Smile

Glad you enjoyed it. If you have not heard it try 'Off The Wall', the album prior to 'Thriller'. For me some of the best music of it's type from the late '70's , early '80's and they both bring back some great memories Cool

Happy New Year, Karl

It’s very easy on the ear...
makes a nice change for me to hear Mozart divertimenti in string instead of wind.

Also played the Demidenko 2 cd set earlier, fascinating, took me by surprise in places, much better than I thought it would be!

My 4 hyperion offers came in Friday morning's post in time for the long-weekend!

…and i see hyperion have another selection of cd offers up now! Winker

Good morning Karl,

I know 'Off The Wall', but it's still wandering on the wishlist. Will move it over to the orderlist.

My oldest daughter is turning 18 this year, so to say I was listening to these albums when they were released on vinyl back in those days Cool

ATB for 2011!

Then I have to stop to socialise which is the only downside to headphonelistening!
(By that I mean using HP's is not a social event! Winker )

Off topic: finding out again that leaving on the equipment results in better overall sound.

Lately I turned off the Headphones-setup making the Shure's best the Grado's for short listens.

Not so anymore, now I stopped switching off the setup after a listen. Love both in their own respects though Smile

I bought this within a week of it being originally released which is unusual for me, my purchases are normally more considered - however I've never been disappointed Smile
