Regarding Bjornstad and Darling: Nice record, Haim. I listed to this one I don't know how many times in the sleepless predawn hours of the weeks and months after my daughter was born.

very fine indeed on first listen.
In the car
Hyperion recently completed their complete Schumann song edition. Disc 7 of 11 includes some of the best songs, including duets where Röschmann and Bostridge prove an ideal match. Graham Johnson knows the music well although his understated style takes some used to after listening to Matthias Goerne's partners in his superb, ongoing, Schubert series.
