On vinyl, a little Rod
Nice, there are now so many vinyl titles on MoFi, AF and others that don't get a CD/SACD release - frustrating, mainly the Kate Bush titles I would have liked to see on CD/SACD.
On vinyl, a little Rod
Adrian,
Thats imo one of his best four albums.
Whats the MFSL vinyl like?
Do you have the original on vinyl?
Stu
Gotye. Released today in NZ. The chorus sounds a little like Peter Gabriel to me.

Best Coast-Crazy for You
Horowitz: The Last Romantic
Compared to his earlier work, not as rambunctious or precise and maybe more sentimental. It has a calming theraputic appeal.
It's a pretty good recording for digital tho.

His play is frighteningly fast at times but wish he wouldn’t be so heavy handed on the keys!
I feel sorry for those rather beautiful old instruments.
The libretto accompanying this LP provides quite a lot of fascinating information, plus photos and diagrams of many original cembalo.
