Hi B.G.

Agreed.  Have loved "Union" since it first came out, was pleased to find this on Spotify today along with Union and a "collection" disc I will listen to soon.

How did the toe dipping go, Jeff?

reviews tend to show a marmite effect with people either loving or hating her.

I'm on the loving side, and steadily collecting all her cd's, many are demanding very high prices but i find even PB's more affordable cd's are sound engineered to perfection, and her singing and the band around her are always fabulous.

Her vinyl is very expensive, i have both her later albums The Cole Porter Mix, and Mythologies on vinyl because they are 33rpm but i think all her earlier vinyl is 45rpm which is a bit tricky with us 'Geddon' folk.

My favourite PB album is 'Companions', although i haven't heard Modern Cool, Verse, or Cafe Blue yet : )
