Hi Kev,
I really like it. And I am enjoying it more with each listen. Funny you mention that, I was thinking the same thing this morning ... "what, it's over already?"

Best regards,
Pat

Sounding so much better with the Lingo3!! Big Grin

Been looking for some great Jazz singers lately.
I think Diana Krall is nice, but a bit commercial.
Katie Melua is too sweet sounding (girly).
Norah Jones' CD I have is copy-protected, so it's become a no-no, though I like her a lot.
Madeleine Peyroux sounds a bit too dark and laid back for me.
Joni Mitchell is great, but a little depressing at times.
Don't know Melody Gardot enough, but seems OK.

And then there's Patricia Barber: exciting, articulate, gripping voice and singingtalent.
With excellent musical skills.

I like!

There are also Christy Baron (beautiful), Jane Monheit(sultry), Stacey Kent(haven't listened to her a lot)... can't remember any more just now - at least no pure jazz singers.

I prefer the looks of Jane to that of Christy.
Will have a listen to all three. Saw an album of Stacy Kent being played here.
