Fromage Amnesty

Ok, there's been some heavy debate blowing through these dusty streets of late.

This is some attempt to lighten it up, or light it up...reckon we'll see.

Anyroad, never mind the stuff you are proud to fess up to listening to. What lurks in your closet, what bit of tat, cheese or embarrassing nugget gets a spin on the Naim? Something you like...but really shouldn't (like the girls under-16 hockey team or Moira Stewart).

I'll lay my cards on the table, and say:

Las Ketchup - "Asereje" - I'll put the 12" in the bag for my next trip to Dr P.

What have you got then?

Nice the way you contributed a new album :-)

I love this Herbie Hancock, but it's a good distance from most of what I listen to.

Cuban Boys 'Cognoscenti Vs. Intelligentsia', sometimes known as 'The Hamster Dance'.
It was a popular John Peel track, very silly, very fun. Not quite at home next to all those Peter Hammill albums about death, and Mark Kozelek albums about loss.

The Bernstein Song Book, for the opportunity to hear Boris Karloff of Frankenstein fame play Captain Cook in Peter Pan.
