AV2 Test Tone Problem
Posted by: HRC99 on 15 October 2005
Just in the process of trying to calibrate my AV2 a little more scientifically and trying to get the test tone going. It says ON but there's no test tone? Any ideas?

Had exactly the same problem...
You may just be going to go D'ooohhhh
Turn the volume of the AV2 up to over 30.. I used approx 50.
You can then calibrate it more accurately with a meter.

Tried turning it up to no avail. Should it be on a particular input to work?

Nearly! Press 8(down) then off you go. To be fair it was in the instructions but a little difficult to understand for a simpleton like me!
Off to play with it for a bit now!
Cheers
