www.isoblue.com has some very pretty pictures of Naim gear sitting on their stands...

guy,

Did you listen to it ?

It seems that it is impossible to adjust the lower shelf to the floor because it has a fixed two legs.

i have mine on order so as soon as they are set up, i will let you all know how i'm getting on. i was going to get rid of my QS, but have changed my mind now -- i will keep the QS for the nait/kan system. right now the QS is used to support NAC52, NAT02, CD2, Prefix's Hicap. when my active system is installed, i might compare QS with isoblue when i get a moment.

enjoy...

My dealer began to sell this but found out it began to fall to pieces. It is basically held together by bits of dowling. I hope for those ordering that this is not representative!

In principle, nothing wrong with this at all. Most poor quality timber goods fall apart for lack of a bit of dowelling.

I haven't even seen one, but the Isoblue seems quite clever, with a commendably simple design which should allow the use of high quality materials, in turn allowing closer tolerances (in theory at least).

Presumably your dealer returned the defective item for swift exchange?

I didn't really want to enter into this debate, but, to be fair to isoblue, I've reread the hi-fi+ review and isoblue is not compared (performance-wise)with Hutter - only with Quadraspire. As you write for the magazine, maybe it was edited out!!
