I have just watched a reviewers edition of 'The world's fastest Indian'. It is on at cinemas at the moment. Don't miss it, it is utterly priceless. Not one shooting, not one swear word just perfect entertainment.

Never seen it before. Nothing like what I'd expected, very very good with a real twist towards the end. the violent bits are quite graphic, but the really nasty thing is it messesd with your head...

Battle of Britain I have and will continue to recommend...starring the Spitfire of course! BTW I guaran-dam-tee you that if you get a chance to "fly behind" the pilot of a Spitfire on a Naim HT system it will blow your mind!
Especially DBLS' n-Sub ;-)
Having just "flown" across the mangrove swamps of the Everglades FLA in an airboat, I can tell you the Spitfire experience comes close...(gotta add a big fan synced to the video and that should do it!)
I am about to edit my DV footage of the Mangrove trip in iMovie though ;-)
Maybe i'll post a link later...

DBL's AND N-Sub!?!

Firstly... Thin Red Line was meant to say Walk the Line (story of Johnny Cash) in my earlier post - oops!
Yes Adrian, an n-Sub set up for very lowest bass does a great LFE (Low Frequency Effects) job when the DBLS's are used for HT. Those effects piped through the Sub channel that are intended to be felt, really have an extraordinary impact... and combined with the low distortion high SPL capabilty of DBL's the results can only be described as stunning! (note: not just loud)
Nothing else I've heard anywhere comes even close ...in terms of realism.

"Man on Fire" - Tony Scott. What a talentless director he continues to be.
I thought this film was as moronic as could be and struggled to get through it. Then I discovered the deleted scenes and, finally, incredulity turned to fall about laughter.

Madagascar - better than expected (not a fan of Ben Stiller), some good fun, the penguins were great!
The Brothers Grimm - possibly the worst movie I have ever watched. What a shame, such potential.
Serenity - OK, pretty good, nothing new (and I never watched Firefly) but good visuals and a couple of good lines.
