I am surprised that 10 hours plus has only polled 33% thus far.
I reckon my system is in use for a minimum of two hours per day.

I work from home and 1 of my Naim systems is always playing music, so 10+ hours a day is usually the norm for me.

well I probably have it playing music for 10+ hours a week, but quite a bit of it (5 hrs maybe) is when I'm not really listening to it. I play music in the morning before work, but I'm wandering around the flat getting myself ready so I'm not sure that time really counts.
I probably have 5 - 10 hours a week when I'm really listening to music as opposed to just having it in the background, although that may go up now I have finally upgraded my amp to a 200/202 combo...

I am surprised at the 10+ result so far, Geofiz works from home so this is understandable. As I work full time I can only dream of 10+ hours. How do your partners feel about this or are they devoted Naimees too?

I honestly can't remember the last time I watched broadcast TV at home. My girlfriend would much rather read or play on her PC than have the goggle box on.
What a match, probably why I asked her to marry me!

I work from home and my system is playing more than 14 hours a day.
Only interuppted currently because of Snooker.

I'm also amazed at the 10+ hours result (up to 48% when I polled). That said, my working life and lack of control over the TV remote (it goes on when I'd rather it was off) means that time spent listening tduring the week can be almost nil sometimes.
So, when I read about the likes of Tom Alves having done the decent thing and packed it all in or Geofiz working from home i become very envious.
My lack of time is one of the reasons I haven't yet clambered onto the Naim ladder - what a waste to have kit waiting at home while I do another 16 hours in the office!
