Has anybody got beth orton's "central reservation" on 200gm vinyl?

... just saw that this album is available on 200gm vinyl via Classic Records.
I like this album a lot (I have it on CD), but what always annoys me is the sub-standard sound quality (which is very obvious on tracks like "feel to believe").
I was wondering whether this is any better on the vinyl version (which, alas, comes at a price: 59 EUR - ouch!)...

Any findings?

thx, Samuel

Samuel,

I agree that the sound quality lets this otherwise brilliant album down, but haven't heard it on vinyl. I did see 'Daybreaker' (I think) in WOM a few months ago for about €15 but didn't buy it unfortunately.

PS: I'm a 'junior' again. I buried my sordid 'Sean2' past. Back to square 1 for me...

Ouch is right - I don't know of any album worth 59 EUR. This is probably my favorite Orton album but that's just crazy.

I too am disappointed with the sound quality of this album especially when compared to Daybreaker and Trailer Park. Let us know whether the vinyl is any better if you can stomach the cost
