S-XPS Burndy again

Hi there,

I'm driving my brandnew CDS3 with an XPS1. Two questions:
Do I really need a new burndy (not technical, but in musical terms)? Does this "upgrade" only make sense when using an XPSII?

Any recommandations?

Yes, you do need the new burndy, for not only technical terms, but more importantly musical ones.
The new burndy came about as a result of R@D work on the new CDS3 and XPS2 and provides the same benefit when using a CDX/CDX2 in combination with an XPS. It is basically backwards compatible and benefits all.
But don't buy it seperately, wait until you get your XPS2 ( you know you will) and then you will get it 'free' with that.
