Dr John-in a sentimental mood.

I have bought a few albums of Dr John, including an early best of that doesnt really do it for me to be honest.

However, Recently I bought his 'in a sentimental mood album' - and wow this album is fantastic, features RLJ on track 1. Album offers great flowing music right the way through, some great musicians on there too.

Its sure worth a buy.

If anyone already has this album, which ones would you advise me to buy, that are simular in taste to the 'in a sentimental mood album', since he has so many albums and they all differ quite alot.

Hi webke,I haven't got "in a sentimental mood", but I have "afterglow,from 1995, anutha zone,1998,& creole moon,2001.I enjoy all three,but to be fair they aren't going to be everyone's cup of tea.I'd say they are worth a go though.Cheers, matt.

It's a great album - one I loaned out and never got back. It's THAT good !!!

Still looking for a new copy.......
