cheap holiday ideas?

I'd like to go during the week beginning April 12th. The plan is to go with three companions to somwhere sunny, or failing that a wet and misereable cottage in britain. The catch is that travel and accomodation need to come in at under £150 pp/pw (we are working to the budget of the poorest amongst us, I'm happy to say it isn't me!).

I've tried all the obvious websites:easyjet, lastminute, lunn poly etc and found nothing so far. So please post any tips or ideas here.
