£200 - £250 Turntable recommendations, please

Friend of mine is after a T/T as he has decided to get into vinyl. He will be using a Cambridge amp which will need a phonostage.

Any suggestions? He has discounted the idea of my second LP12....

In case you missed the odd thread here and there, you may not be surprised to hear that I can confidently recommend and personally vouch for a Rega P3. I realise a new falls outside your price range, in which case I'm sure a P2 would more than adequately suffice!
