Confusion about DSOTM 30th Anniversary Edition

Hi all,
I want to buy the 30th anniversary SACD version of DSOTM. However, I dont have a SACD player (I own a Naim CDI), and Im not sure which versions are out there... Ive read somewhere that there are two different versions of the SACD? the Stereo and the 5.1... Also Ive seen mention of the Hybrid 5.1. Is this stereo on a CD layer that only a CD player will read, and a SACD with 5.1 setup will read the 5.1 layer? Can someone clarify this?

I have the DSOTM Hybrid SACD which plays in stereo on a CD player and 5.1 surround sound and stereo on all SACD and compatible players.
That's what is says on the label anyway!
It plays fine on my CDX2 in stereo and also plays fine on my SACD compatible DVD player (Pioneer DVD565) in 5.1 surround.
The Hybrid SACD was the only one in the shop so I am not able to comment on any other versions that might be on the market.

Computers are supposed to work on 1's and 0's - in other words "Yes" or "No" - why does mine frequently say "Maybe"?......
