If you mean the weepy bit at the end where whassisname does a Jesus impression as the helicopters take off, I think it's Samuel Barber's bloody awful Adagio for Strings.

This piece of music is Samuel Barber's quite wonderful Adagio For Strings. Best recording I have found is in the HMV Classics series titled American Classics. Recording is LSO/ Andre Previn. Buy and enjoy.
