Hello All,

I’d just like to thank Naim Audio and in particular Richard Dane for their outstanding response times in answering emails.

I have twice recently enquired about the service histories of various units. The first email was answered in 1 hour 22 mins (This was sent at 8:22 am) and today in 22 minutes!

Considering that most people with such queries are buying second hand and haven’t simply forgotten when they purchased their equipment, I think this level of service is outstanding.

I think the longest I have had to wait was about 10 hours and that was over night!
