Burning CD's

Well not with fire, but with music Big Grin

Alas my brother has rigged my up with the necessary adsl, wireless router, blah, blah, i've managed to find some good sites with a few dj sets, and have already started to downloading.

Question my respected naimies is:

- What are the best quality blanks or is there no discernable difference
- Reccommend a good CD burner

In my experience there are (fairly easily) discernible differences between brands

I guess that there might be some disagreement over the "best" and I certainly haven`t tried them all

Of those I HAVE tried, TDK "metallic" seem to perform well. They can work out at about 23p each

Also, best to "burn" at the slowest possible speed (over 8x seems to give noticeably poorer results)

Can`t comment on types of burner, though my guess would be that one gets what one pays for
