Does anyone have enough experience with a DVD5 to know how its CD playback quality compares to Naim CD (only) players? Where would it fall in the CD5i, CD5, CDX2 hierarchy?

I asked the same question a while back - and was told, as I recall, in CD5 territory.
Since I have a CD2, the advice was to keep that for CDs.

As good as CD5, but not upgradeable with an external PS.
