Though not in the employ of a major record label, I'd strongly recommend this lady to you with her debut album 'Eye to the telescope'. Saw her in a Moorish club (name escapes me) in Edinburgh at festival-time this year, and she was superb - as also on 'Later' a few weeks ago. Buy.

Cheers for the recommendation Chris!

I was in a record shop on Saturday -heard an interesting track, thought to myself - "Must find out who that was" only to discover it was KT Tunstall.

I thought I remembered someone on here recommending her, so I bought the album on the strength of that.

It's just my cup of tea, so thanks for the heads up!
