Ghoststudy - a bit of light relief

Posted by: Misguided Fool on 16 August 2004

Hello everyone. Has anyone seen this website before?

Ghoststudy

I am banned from this website and forums (well from posting anyway) as I very naughtily (and very much regret this now) faked a picture and submitted it. However I did tell the guy who runs the site before it could be published, so as to save him any embarrasment. All well and good, but the guy posted my picture nayway, told everyone that he had discovered it was a fake, posted my email address and invited all and sundry to email me and tell me what they thought of me. When I challenged this on the forums I was banned and my post deleted. Anyone else who supported me in agreeing that the picture should not have been puiblished as I told the website owner has also been banned from the site.

It is a shame as some of the pictures are quite good, even if most are fake or of something natural.

Here is the link to Augusts submissions

Here are my thoughts:

Peeping Tom - First thought was "My god they're big!" Looks like the curtains to me though.

Visitor on TV screen - Don't see anything

Direct Passage to Hades - Ha ha ha hah ha ha ha ha ha! Sorry but WTF!

But it's just a baby - Can sort of see where thay are coming from but probably just summat on the window ledge.

Small creature on girls lap - It's fucking Spider-man, for christs sake!

Showed up in broad daylight - It is a shame that the whole picture is out of focus, looks like someone moved and was captured blurry,

Sad Ghost in Alberta Mansion - I quite like this one, it's probably just reflection but it does look good.

Ghostly Trio in Boston - Fag smoke.

Supernatural spider Energy - Looks fake to me

Ghost at Cashtown Inn - Looks like a reflection to me.

Haunted Doorwerth Castle - Just screams fake to me this I'm afraid, very simple to do in Photoshop.

Bathroom Doorway Apparition - Looks faked to me.

Haunted by a head - Again I like this one, it look slike it may just be a flaw in the glass though, still looks good though.

Chillingham castle Ghost - This place has had a lot of coverage from Most Haunted etc... Picture sort of looks faked though - where is the ghosts head though? The picture looks better when not zoomed in.

Not alone on the computer - I quite like this one, however it could easily have been faked. Sort of looks like a reflection with the hair airbrushed out. Still it does look a little creepy.

Captured on Queen Mary - Sorry but this looks very fake to me.

Smiling TV Apparition - Sorry but these TV images don't do anything for me. this just looks like a reflection.

It's not easy being green - Can sort of see what they are saying, but looks like reflection or smoke to me.

Well that's my thoughts - sorry about the expletive though - I just can't believe that they think it is anything other than a spider-man toy!

Out of interest here is the picture I submitted:

Just interested to see what other people think of this site.

I have a great interest in the paranormal, but I find it very hard to take this site seriously. They ALL look fake to me. Also, I think that when a ghost is actually caught on film, and proven, it will be all over the news. The consequences would be huge.

Oh, and interesting that you mentioned Most Haunted. My wife and I used to watch that every week without fail. Now I can't even be arsed when it's on, it's a joke.

Gozer the Traveler will come in one of the pre-chosen forms. During the rectification of the Vuldroni, the traveler came as a large and moving Torg! Then, during the third reconciliation of the last of the McKetrick supplicants, they chose a new form for him: that of a giant Slor! Many Shubs and Zools knew what it was to be roasted in the depths of the Slor that day, I can tell you!

Me, too, and in a way you might not fully appreciate. (I used to be an usher at a theatre and I spent an entire summer "ushering" for this flick.)
