Privatisation Stock Prices

Where can I find - or can any one tell me what the initial share purchase prices for BT and BAA were when they were first privatised.

navigating through the BT website eventually gave me this: http://www.btplc.com/Sharesandperformance/Shareinformation/Listinginformation/Listinginformation.htm - any help? No doubt the BAA sire will have something similar.
