If Mick gets more than, say 30 votes, I'm sending a special envoy to Swindon to get him to reconsider.

But Dev, is it really possible to obtain an Air Canada C.O.D. ticket to bring Special Envoy Vuksanovic from London to Swindon? And will Mick cough up?
