Headline +Hi-Cap

I replaced the Napsc with a Hicap on Monday and if anyone else has this option available to them I would highly recommend it.

I haven't really made full use of the headphones since I bought them two years ago but this has made a substantial difference.

It seems to be a bigger jump than adding a second Hi-cap to the 82.

It seems more akin to going active in terms of control/grip etc.

There is also a much greater bass extension than I thought possible.Initially I had to keep taking off the headphones as I thought there was some traffic noise or someone moving round the house !

This turned out to be some percussion that I had not noticed before.

Has anyone tried a Supercap ?
