There has been a lot of criticism posted about the functionality of this new forum, much of which I agree with, though Naim have recently said they want to improve things, and are looking at ways to do this. Lets give them a chance - this place is usable in the meantime. I think splitting off into different factions is not the way to go right now, plus some here are relatively inexperienced computer users so a simple web based forum is probably still the most appropriate solution to enable access to all.
