So who is the bloke with the headphones in the Editor's Choice section of allmusic.com?

He's on the ever-changing middle pane on the home page. It goes from Song Views to From The Archive to Editor's Corner (not Editor's Choice). When it gets to the latter, there are two album covers on the left, and the main shot is the bloke with headphones.
