Well after months of deliberation and non care I got me one of these.
Trouble is my graphics card has in essence got out and told me to piss off, so more outlay.
Still its only a bit of fun
Let me tell you I am totally blown away by the screen, utterly chuffed.

I don't belive they are actually shipping yet, could be wrong but the people who ordered from the US apple site have been quoted the end of the month as a delivery date.
As if to twist my arm even more, the graphics design/publicity chap at work is about to replace an ageing 7500.. his supplier suggested a dual G5 with the Apple 20" Cinema display but the chap's just looked at the new imac and said "won't that do the job" so I'm now forced to look at it even more whilst trying to help him spec a suitable system!!
