Linn KATAN, need advice please

Hallo,

please tell me how to remove the grill from the bass/midrange drive unit?
Need advice please......

Use carefully – may result in splintering if over zealous ;-)

Maybe the good Dr Randle will be able to offer more constructive advice...

Remove the rubber surround - just gently ease it away. Then remove the grill - it is only held in place magnetically (from the drive unit magnet).

Katan's sound fine with the grill on. Better improvements can be made with upgrades to the equipment, stands and mains. I assume you are using the Katan stands too.

Another question?
Does anyone know that older Katans have a plastic tweeter and newer ones a metal tweeter?
