Create a interlink by my self, how

I want create a interlink by my self. I've al the stuf to create is but now how to connect signals?

What is at tape:

What is at CD etc..

Here the stuf to create it, anything more that i need: -> stuff

You're overview defines it, I'd have thought.

1 and 2 are always inputs from source to pre.

5 is the 0V or screen

3 and 4 are outputs from pre to tape deck record inputs.

As clearly defined by the Naim manual page, ch1 is left, ch2 is right.

I think mass or earth ( in dutch)

0V=Ground/Earth

0V = Zero Volts

It's commonly called earth, but this confuses the issue with mains earth, which may, or may not, be the same thing. Signal earth is a better description.
