If you dont mind me asking - how can you post your pic without a paperclip, do you do something I didn't know about or has the paperclip been removed from certain people?

Right click the image, click properties, then highlight and copy the link (the http bit).
If you click reply or post new topic, there's an icon just above the text box with a green landscape, second from the right. Click that, and in the message box two (msg) boxes appear. Click between these and paste the link.
