Computer help needed Please

Hi all,
Yeasterday I stupidly opened a quarentene file on my computer not knowing what was in it,but I soon found out a trojan called contact 1 or something like that. I have run the anti virus software[McAfie ]spybot and Adaware and they all show "clear", cleared the internet files and auto complete as I was told to do by Local Friendly computer expert and everything is back to normal except that, apart from a couple of Images all the photos on the forum are shown as just either a large red circle with a bar through it or a small box with a red cross in it. I have re set the Internet options security settings just in case clearing all the files had altered them to, Internet: medium low, Trusted sites: low, Restricted Sites: medium low, but still no images, where have I gone wrong? apart from opening the Quarentene file. Any suggestions would be appreciated bearing in mind that I'm a complete idiot when it comes to computers, and please no replys stating "Not just computers"

It is unrelated. When you aren't logged in, the images hosted by the forum show as a large red circle to stop people using the forum as a photo hosting site to be linked to from external sites. Log in, refresh the page, and the images will be revealed. The red xs usually mean that the image is no longer hosted. I guess you maybe cleared your cache.
